When you submit an inspection, it becomes a permanent record. Nobody can edit it afterwards, including you and your organisation's admins.
What's frozen
- Every answer and note.
- The photos, with their capture times and any flags.
- The defect log as you submitted it.
- The door's register details at the time: its location, type, rating and so on. Later changes to the register don't change past records.
- Your name and the certificate number you signed with.
- The time it was submitted.
If a record is wrong
Inspect the door again. The new inspection becomes the latest record, and the earlier one stays in the door's history.
